Each month, we are dedicated to give back to our community by selecting one client affected by Alopecia or Cancer to receive a free permanent eyebrow makeup procedure.

How to Apply:

1. Tell us your story
   Email us at centralcoastpmu@gmail.com and share how this procedure would impact your life.

2. Email Guidelines:

   • Subject Line: “GiveAway”

   • Include your personal story.

   • Physician approval is required — bring a certified note with adequate contact information.

3. Eligibility Requirements:

   • Must have written approval from a physician.

   • Must NOT be:

     • Pregnant or breastfeeding

     • Taking blood-thinning medications

     • Skin disease

If selected, you’ll receive advance notice and can choose from available appointment dates.
